Sourdough Discard Crackers

An easy, simple cracker that takes just minutes to prepare.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sourdough starter discard
  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Dried herbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine discard, melted (and slightly cooled) butter, salt and choice of seasonings in a mixing bowl. Stir well.
  • Spread mixture in a thin, even layer on the parchment paper. Sprinkle with a little more salt.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden in color. Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
