Sourdough Discard Crackers

An easy, simple cracker that takes just minutes to prepare.

- 1 cup Sourdough starter discard
- 2 tbsp Butter Melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Dried herbs
Preheat oven to 325°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine discard, melted (and slightly cooled) butter, salt and choice of seasonings in a mixing bowl. Stir well.
Spread mixture in a thin, even layer on the parchment paper. Sprinkle with a little more salt.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden in color. Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
